After you place an order, Printful.com typically takes 2-7 business days to create and print your merchandise. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Printful.com offers a variety of shipping options, including Standard and Expedited shipping. The estimated delivery time for each method will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that these times are estimates and not guaranteed, as shipping times may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance, and weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Please review the shipping fees before confirming your purchase to avoid any surprises.

4. International Shipping

MJ Community is proud to offer worldwide shipping. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website and stay updated on its journey to your doorstep.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team in #member-support on Discord within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with Printful.com to address the issue and ensure that you receive your merchandise in perfect condition.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At MJ Community, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their community-centric merchandise. We understand that sometimes, issues may arise with your order, and we're here to help. Please review our Returns & Exchange policy below to understand how we handle such situations.

1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team in #member-support on Discord with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team in #member-support on Discord within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the original item, we will send you the replacement as soon as possible.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support team in #member-support on Discord within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with Printful.com to resolve the issue and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand merchandise, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they are incorrect or damaged:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Limited edition or special edition items

  • Gift cards

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
